AKS Travel and Lifestyle: I am a 21 years old self-taught photographer based in Odisha. The journey of gradual learning and exploring through this new fascination of mine which started in my 1st year of graduation And still continues. Some of the volunteer work I do includes leading group fitness at the YMCA and offering nutrition workshops, too. In addition to this, I give information to friends and family about the joys of sustainable farming and how easy it is to get started. I started lifting weights at the age of 19 with no experience and zero amount of knowledge but a sense of passion that I have to be fit. After gathering legitimate information about bodybuilding and Exercising daily for almost 3 years, Trying different protocols, different training splits, different nutrition approach. I drastically changed myself “Naturally” (101kgs to 65kgs) My transformation inspired many and created a positive impact on them. My main goal is to help you guys to live a healthy and fit life through my knowledge and experiences.
